When asked why customers like your video service from our 2023 rural video study the happiest customers rated having the specific channels that they prefer to watch as most important.
Our annual study uses a 1-10 scale for some questions, with one being the least satisfied, and ten being the most satisfied. We take the happiest customers, rating their video provider satisfaction at 8-10, and ask them a set of questions about why they are happy with their service.
Several conclusions can be drawn from this data, happy customers prefer an integrated offering of channels that they can access from a single platform, and for them price is not an obstacle with 48% feeling that the price they are paying is a fair one.
