What if you could reduce those customer site visits by even a small percentage every month? One way to accomplish this is by letting your customers self-install new set-top boxes for their existing video service. Innovative Systems MG-TV customers using our family of STBs can do just that.
The video marketing team in cooperation with the support and development departments has created an easy-to-read two-page document customers can use to replace existing STBs to their service.
Not for Everyone
Discretion will be needed in offering self-installs as some customers will still need that service call to replace or add a new STB. CSRs can be helpful in this determination because of their conversations with customers. If someone is a good candidate for the self-install, an STB could be mailed or picked up by the customer along with the Installation document.
