Join us as we host multiple Wireshark training sessions covering Networking 101 for Technicians and Wireshark Voice Edition. These classes will be held at the corporate office of Innovative Systems and are limited to 12 attendees per session.
Networking 101 for Technicians
March 24 or March 27
8:30 am – 5:00 pm each day
$350 per attendee
This course is for new technical staff as well as existing ones that want/need a better understanding of how the Internet works, so they can help customers and better troubleshoot customer problems. The learners will get hands-on instruction of how they can leverage their laptops/PC’s in their day-to-day network troubleshooting. Attendees should bring their laptops.

Wireshark Voice Edition
March 25-26
8:30 am – 5:00 pm each day
$700 per attendee
This course is for all technical staff that want to understand how to use Wireshark to examine packets on the network for troubleshooting and learning with a focus on Voice over the Internet Protocol (VoIP). The learner will receive hands-on instruction with sample packet captures, and are expected to attend with their laptops with Wireshark installed. Registrants will receive installation instructions ahead of the class.
